Mr. Parrish also sold me my “First” car - I was right out of college – I had got a good job and was ready to make my first big purchase - My Daddy told me I needed to talk to Raymond because he would take care of me. Well! Me being young I had to shop around – big mistake! I encountered pushy sales people and once they found out I had no credit they would not even talk to me without a co-signer. Once again my dad said lets talk to Raymond - this time we did and I walked out with a brand new...

I'll never forget buying my first car from Raymond - a 1980 Ford Pinto Hatchback. I was just out of high school and was to begin a job in two weeks and needed a car. My Dad and I went down to the dealership and looked at the car on a Thursday night. Raymond didn't say much about the car - wasn't pushy like the last salesman I had talked with in Richmond.
