Mr. Parrish also sold me my “First” car - I was right out of college – I had got a good job and was ready to make my first big purchase - My Daddy told me I needed to talk to Raymond because he would take care of me. Well! Me being young I had to shop around – big mistake! I encountered pushy sales people and once they found out I had no credit they would not even talk to me without a co-signer. Our prayers are with all of you. Raymond was a very nice and respected person. We have had the great experience of dealing with him when purchasing some of our vehicles at Parrish Motor Company. I'll never forget buying my first car from Raymond - a 1980 Ford Pinto Hatchback. I was just out of high school and was to begin a job in two weeks and needed a car. My Dad and I went down to the dealership and looked at the car on a Thursday night. Raymond didn't say much about the car - wasn't pushy like the last salesman I had talked with in Richmond.
