Not sure what to say?

Officer Santiago will be greatly missed by the whole community. I dealt with him many times being in cat rescue. He was a wonderful man and helped me many times. God Bless him for all the good he did and may he rest in peace. Sending deepest sympathy's to you and your family.

I just heard today...and was struck by a strong feeling of waste at the unexpected loss of such a caring person in such a horribly sad way. He was so young and had so much of life yet to live...May he rest in complete peace.

Ray will be greatly missed. I fostered some cats and kittens for him and my husband has worked with Ray since Ray started with the City. He has touched many lives of both people and animals. Deepest sympathy to the family.

OH MY GOD JESS, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband.GOD BLESS! Please call me. (508)304-9714

I worked with Ray for several years. He was a great guy with a big heart, always willing to help others out. He always spoke so proudly of his family. And in the animal world, he saved many by both his level of responsibility and ability to talk many of us into adopting his strays.
The world is a sadder place without him. He will be missed.

Ray,
It was a true pleasure knowing you for so many years. May God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Until we meet again.

My deepest condolences to Ray's family. He was a pleasure to work with. Always had a smile and a kind way about him.
