Sending my love and prayers to Raymond's family and to Nancy, Billy and Sarah. I will always remember the Short brothers as teenagers on the square - they will never grow old in my mind. They were great young teens that became great men. My deepest sympathy to each of you.

I am sad that the world has lost one of its bright lights. Ray was so genuine and proud of his family. He would sparkle when he talked about his kids. A real treasure and wonderful to work with.

Dear Mrs. Short, Danny, Barry, Jill and Kristine, and FamiIy, I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Short. As a friend to Danny and Jo I always new when you guys would come visit and I was always happy to see Mr. Short. His sense of humor was so great. He would always make me laugh even about the simplest things. I remember the time I went to Charlotte to visit and we all got together for dinner. I only had a few bites because of how much fun I was having and how much I was laughing about the things Mr. Short had said. I also remember him as being an awesome Grandfather. When little Raygan got hurt he drove Jo and Ray to Children's Hospital and sat for hours in the waiting room making sure everything would be ok, that is something I will never forget. He will be missed so very, very much. I send you all my love, and prayes on this difficult time, Dorian
