Single Memorial Tree

I am 78, and I remember Coach Solari from my experience as Assistant Manager (AKA water boy) during his 1962 CIF championship season at South Pasadena High School. As we all know, he was a great football coach, but, even more importantly, he was a great teacher of character for boys learning to be men. There were no stars on our team. I had the pleasure to play for Couch Solari at Menlo in 1972 and 1973. He named me Baby Dumpling, l played guard for the team, one of my best experience in life to know Ray, he changed my life in a positive manner as no other man could.
