Raymond K. Watts, 71, passed away on November 21, 2007 in Milton, WA. The graveside service and interment will be held on Monday, December 3, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors. Local arrangements are with: Sunset North Funeral Home.

It is with great admiration and respect that I offer my condolences on the death of Mr. Watts. I saw in the Express-News that he was a veteran.
