I knew Ray from the Academy even though he was 2 yrs ahead of my class. Later he was my RN on B-52s. A fine Christian and friend.

To the family of Raymond K. Watts:

It is with great admiration and respect that I offer my condolences on the death of Mr. Watts. I saw in the Express-News that he was a veteran. Please know that Mr. Watts is mourned even by those of us who weren't fortunate enough to know him personally. As Chair of the Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs and Military Installations, I know firsthand that his sacrifices on behalf of our great nation are deeply appreciated. God bless you and your family during this difficult time.

Warm Regards,

Senator Leticia Van de Putte
