Rebecca Helms
Mrs. Helms, 74, of Charlotte, died Thursday, May 28, 2004 at Carolinas Medical Center. She was born September 29, 1929 in Ft. Mill, SC, daughter of the late Henry and Ethel Maude Patterson Turner.
A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Helms will be Saturday, May 29, 2004 at McEwen Funeral Service Charlotte Chapel, conducted by Reverend Dwayne Hunt and Reverend Mike Hedgecoe. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Ranson Helms; one brother, Robert Turner of Spartanburg, SC; one sister, Dorothy Rowe of Charlotte; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Helms was preceded in death by five sisters, Elizabeth Erskine, Harriett Haston, Frances Stallings, Martha Turner, Elsie Rowe and a brother, Joe Turner. We will miss you!
