Dear family , I also was a classmate of Reed and we sat next to each other in 6th grade at Edwin D. Smith Elementary. He had the nicest smile and gave me a lovely Valentine. One day we got in trouble for talking during a test! I send my deepest condolences. Reed was certainly a very accomplished individual!!

Dr. Bergen and family, I am a former classmate of Reed's from Oakwood. I am very sorry to hear of Reed's passing. I was in contact with him through Linkedin when we were planning our 50th high school class reunion. I remember Reed from grade school and high school.
