Reggie, Joann, Regina, and Andrea were our neighbors in Cleveland 1977-1981. Our families played together and visited quite often. We were the same age, we were both military veterans, we were both active in Rotary and officers at the same time, and we had similar world-views. We were both going through growing pains of figuring out what we wanted to be when we grew up for me it was whether to stay in city management and for Reggie it was whether to keep a career path in the mortuary...
