I studied with Regis in Germany. I will never forget his kindness. I am shocked and saddened to read of his death. My deepest condolences to his family.

To the Shannahan Family, my condolences on your tremendous loss. I am still at shock. We became friends in Mannheim and I visited him a few times. I will never forget when I was invited to your house at Thanks Giving in 1993. It was like being part of this lovely family. Last year I "googled" Regis and send him an email to his law firm account but never got an answer. I wanted to get back in touch ... unfortunately too late as I found out only today when I looked for him in the web again....

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of Regis. I didn't know him, but knowing his sister Nancy, I'm sure he was special man and will be missed by his family.

I knew Regis when I was very young but have the foundest memories of his beautiful smile and warm presense as I do his sister Nancey Jean, brother Michael, Chris and of course Mom... Although Regis was not someone I knew well, I had some interaction with him professionally and he stood out as someone who was exceptionally nice and friendly. I was saddened to hear of his passing but so inspired to hear more about who he was as a person how he touched the lives of others.
