December 11, 2011

Dear Jim,
We feel like we have lost part of our family. Rena designed my engagement ring over 40 years ago when you were still at Breitenstrater; appraised my aunt's estate jewelry, designed a gorgeous setting for my Grandmother's heirloom diamond engagement stone, and most recently designed a setting for the ring my son gave his fiancee last spring. We always enjoyed stopping in to get the rings checked, or watches adjusted. I will so miss hearing her "Hi, I'm Rena Roberts" in the radio commercials. Our deepest sympathy.
