Four years now that Reuben has been gone, but among the members of my forum he is still, and always be, missed, for his kind help, his knowledge, and just the simple fact that he was among the rarest of those seldom seen creatures: a good guy. I miss our phone calls.

Reuben was a very good friend to me and it was a shock to hear of his passing, we shared a # of common interests such as weight training, collecting physical culture material, football, we had some great times together and he will be truly missed. He was a good man, good father and good friend. My thoughts are with his wife Kathleen and children--Austin, Jason, and Rebecca--Rest in Peace Reuben .

My sincere prayers and condolences to Reuben's wife and children. Reuben was a great contributor to our beloved iron game. At the 2014 Oldetime Strongman Dinner, he showed up with a pair of old dumbells that he new meant a lot to my collection. That was Reuben, always looking out for the interests of others. He will be greatly missed.
