Not sure what to say?

Rex was a positive person with a desire to make a difference. His work with historic properties was challenging and he approached it with passion and a sense of humor. He was a good man. My condolences to the family.

Rex was a fun-loving, talented person. My prayers are with the Todd family and the countless friends and associates who loved and respected him.

I served on the Board of Directors of Capital Area Preservation with Rex. What a great guy and great preservationist.
