The staff of American Cancer Fund® at www.AmericanCancerFund.org is sorry to hear of Rick's passing. We have just received a memorial donation in his name and our sincere condolences go out to his family.

I just found out yesterday of Rick's passing and it hit me hard. One wonders why people of his caliber have to depart this earth at such an early age? I can only think God had plans for him - important ones.

Rest in Peace.
You will be missed.

Rick, what a wonderful man...I always was happy to see you! Thank you for many years of friendship...I can still hear your sweet and gentle voice...you will be missed terribly!
Sincerely,
Lauren Woods

Fast forward to 2009 - Rator didn't forget, he was again there for Harry, or rather...

I worked on campus for over 20 years and got to work with Rick and find out just how great a guy he was. Always up and a smile on his face. I trust that his family knows just how wonderful a man that he was and how much he will be missed. Thank you Rick for being the person that you were.
