Dear Linda, Rick, Rio, Jay, Logan and everyone who loved Ricky,

As we read this guest book, it becomes abundantly clear just how wonderful and special Ricky was for so many others, too. We are forevermore thankful for the gift of his life that we all so fortunately received. Our prayers are that His abiding and amazing grace will take you past the pain of loss, and that it will soon be replaced with joy and peace.

Lord, I don't understand? I am trying to find some meaning for Ricky's passing, but I just can't. I worry he may have gone not knowing how much he was loved. Everyone who knew him loved him, I just didn't realize how much. He gave and loved everyone so much, he made everyone feel they deserved to be loved. I just hope and pray that he knew all the love we felt for him. You know when you are standing at the kitchen sink with the water running and the T.V. on, or at a street light waiting...

Today is bright and sunny just like my nephew Ricky, and if tomorrow is rainy those are our tears of joy knowing he is looking down upon us from heaven.
