Not sure what to say?

Dear Adele,

I have fond memories of serving with Richard in B Co., 241st Engr. Bn. and the Engineer Officer Basic Course at Fort Belvoir. He was a good friend and soldier.

Adele, my condolences to you and your family. I hope many happy memories help ease your pain. He was a great mentor to me at South Shore Yacht Club and will be missed.

We mourn the death of Dick, and will always remember him as a wonderful, positive, accomplished man. I personally, will always remember his devotion to you, Adele; it is one of my strongest memories of him! We are here for you if you need anything!
Love,
Juliane, Frank and Aaron

Dear Adele,
We are so sorry for your loss. Dick was a really nice man and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

My sympathy to you Adele and your family on the loss of Richard. I will always remember his wonderful smile, sense of humor and what a wonderful member he was of All Souls Church.

The world has lost an incredible man. He was a man for all seasons. His gentlemanly ways and terrific sense of humor were par to none. Both Dick (Haley) and I enjoyed crusing with him - rest peaceful sailor and know how much you were loved and will be missed. Nancy Haley (North Weymouth, MA)

Dear Barcelo Family,

I had the honor of serving under then Capt. Barcelo and found him to be a wonderful man and a great soldier. My prayers will be for him today.

In reading his death notice, I can't resist thinking how appropriate the name 'Bald Eagle' was for his boat!

Adele & Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Dick was such a nice person. May he rest in peace.

Laurel

Thank you Colonel Barcelo for your service, rest in peace.
