Richard Lee Barrett

I will always remember him as a big brother. I worked for him for over 20 years. He was my hero.

Friends from others --Gators who are friends, from brothers, help with work contacts, and interests in other memories including Jamaica. Lee was a good friend in so many ways.

I had a number of cases in which Lee was opposing counsel. He was always a worthy adversary. I once told him that I would like to be on the same side at least one time.

I am devastated by this loss. Lee was a good friend to me for many years and we worked together on some challenging cases. He was a wonderful litigator and just an all-around good person. He made such a difference in peoples´ lives. He took on cases and took risks to protect the most vulnerable.
