I had a number of cases in which Lee was opposing counsel. He was always a worthy adversary. I once told him that I would like to be on the same side at least one time.

I am devastated by this loss. Lee was a good friend to me for many years and we worked together on some challenging cases. He was a wonderful litigator and just an all-around good person. He made such a difference in peoples´ lives. He took on cases and took risks to protect the most vulnerable. He saw the heart of others and always tried to do the right thing, no matter if they had money to fight or not. He didn´t care. He was going to do the right thing. He was and always will be a class act. I cannot imagine the loss of those closest to him. He will be dearly missed. He adored his family and was so proud to speak of them. Please accept my deepest condolences.
