Richard Barth, Dix Hills FD Company 3 (c 1986)
Richard and I were in volunteer firemen in Company #3 at Dix Hills Fire Department. I recall he joined some time around early 1986. The picture attached was taken around that time at Station #1. Richard was always calm and mild-mannered, with a great sense of humor.
