My deepest condolences to all of Rich's family. I went to school with Rich from Flanders Elementary on always had a smile on his face.
I got to work with Rich for a very short time when he did a short stint as a State of Connecticut Corrections Officer at big Cheshire. That is where we reconnected after many years, he also lived close to me and he would honk and wave as he went by either to or from the barracks.
Rest in peace brother you will be deeply missed.

I remember Rich as a union steward for the CSP Union. He was always positive and upbeat. I am very sorry that he passed away at such a young age. Deepest condolences to his family. Bob Veach
