Mr. Richard L. Collier, age 75, Lake Wynonah, died Thursday, July 29, 2010, at Seton Manor, Orwigsburg.
Mr. Collier was born in Midland County, Michigan, on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 1934. He was the son of the late Alexander C. and Mary Alice (Fisher) Collier.
