Not sure what to say?

What a special man. I was chaplain at St Margarets School in Tappahannock when He was at St Pauls Millers Tavern. Great colleague and friend. He took me to my first Opera in Richmond....Blessings all and remembering Dick in love. The Rev. Debbie Rutter

Love Richard and seeing him smile. I loved always watching him walk down King street to go to church. He will me missed and he had an incredible life. Jesus saw him and said "well done my son and welcome home!"
