So sorry to hear about Richard passing. We were neighbors for years and knew the family well. The Billups family.

i worked at cargill salt many yrs ago ,, i remember him coming, in with his truck to get Loaded,,, he was always a friendly man and was in a good mood everytime i seen him,,, Rest in Peace my Friend ..

Hey Dick,myself you and your brothers were always together growing up. Seems as though we were in trouble of some kind or another most of the time. I know we grew apart a little later in our lives, but it seems as though it was just yesterday! I have always loved you buddy! Glad we had a chance to connect before your passing. Until we meet again my friend.

Richard Dann made a difference and left a legacy! He was an amazing man, who cared more about others than he did about himself. The great memories I have fishing and camping with my uncle and Richard are of the best of my life. Richard Dann lives on through these beautiful memories. I was blessed to know Richard, like anyone else who was privileged to share any time with him.

Richard was loving and kind,he knew you every time he saw you and hugged you.He always would say the same thing to me, Don't you ever age? I guess I always looked the same to him.He is much loved by all of us.
