Not sure what to say?

A good example of Rick's wit and humor was when he feigned jealousy about his cousin Kevin Kolodzie's 11-point, 400-lb. buck, shot with a bow and arrow. Rick wrote: what weapon did the deer have?....shoot, I rassle 'em down and punch some bigger than that...at the mall...Bass Outdoors...just sayin'. When reminded of his dad's story about the time he was in a tree blind & got buck fever so bad he couldn't shoot & thought about throwing the rifle at the deer Rick wrote: not true...it...

Thoughts and prayers to Rick's family. What a wonderful human being. Big heart and very kind gentleman. Rick will be greatly missed and un-replaceable at Brookwood Community. He is truly in Heaven.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire DeMunbrun clan and extended family. Ricky (son, brother, dad, husband, and more) was and is a kind soul that made those he knew smile and laugh with his good humor and quick wit. Strong in his convictions and love for his family he will be forever cherished. God Bless you all!

We so profoundly respect and admire the important life's work that Rick dedicated himself to and we are holding the DeMunbrun family tightly in our hearts.

To the entire DeMunbrun family, especially Mr. D., you all accepted me as a member of your family and my heartfelt sympathy and love is with you today, tomorrow, and always. Rick was a friend to many. Greg CC '75.

Rick was a good friend who served others, especially people with special needs. Rick had a great sense of humor and wit, was a very bright student, and could be at ease in any group of people. We shared many good times and I miss him. Even though we were unable to stay in touch, I will always cherish Rick's encouragement and the many kindnesses of the Demunbrun family - my thoughts and prayers are with you.
God's speed, my friend; I miss you.
