Saddened to learn of Coach Derrickson's passing. My sincere condolences go out to his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren
He was my basketball and football coach at PRHS. I wasn't the easiest kid to coach especially in basketball but Coach Derrickson put up with me and it was later in life that I finally understood the lessons he was trying to impart.
