I am sorry to hear of Richards passing. He taught me a lot of things while working for him at the Main Jail. Anything you needed, he would be there for you. He was a Man's Man. I will miss him. My condolences to Kay and the family. Keith Kiser

So sorry to hear of Sgt. Fletcher's passing. I worked for him at the 1st Ave Jail back in the 80s and he was such a wonderful supervisor. I learned a lot from him and know he will be missed by so many.

I first met Fletch in 1982. He was a very honest and likable guy, a class act. Sad to see him pass.

I worked for "Fletch" for many years at the main jail. We lived just 3 blocks away and i never knew when he moved from our neighborhood. He was super to work for. I will miss him.
