Richard and I worked together for several years. We shared many good times together and enjoyed each other company. He would always surprise you or had a humorous anecdote to a stressful situation. He was a very popular and respected person and supervisor. I know his presence was missed once he retired and knowing of his passing I know all of us that knew him will miss him all the more. My wife Karen and I wish to express our deepest sympathy.
