To the Foti family,
I was so saddened to hear of Richie's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Federal courthouse in New Haven. He was always laughing, smiling, and talking about his next trip to Florida. He reminded me of George Hamilton, always full of life and looking great. He was one of my favorites, and will be forever missed.

To the Foti family, I wish to express my sorrow for your loss. I had the pleasure and the honor to with Detective Richard Foti. Rich was a great Detective who took his work seriously, but not himself...what a great quality in an individual. Richard had a contagious laughter and humor about life that was infectious.
