I was a tenant of his back in the the 80's on Days Park. His infectious smile and personality will live on. You will be missed by all. All my thoughts and prayers with his friends and family

So sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was a very nice, kind person. His sense of humor was wonderful. I worked with Richard at the County and his smiling face was something I looked forward to seeing every morning.
Richard was loved by everyone and will be missed by all.

Dick was a delightful and charismatic person; full of fun and very charming! His work place was always beautifully decorated and it was a pleasure to see him during the day and talk with him. He had many kind words to say about his co-workers and was a wealth of information, and knew what was happening.
