So sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was a very nice, kind person. His sense of humor was wonderful. I worked with Richard at the County and his smiling face was something I looked forward to seeing every morning.
Richard was loved by everyone and will be missed by all.

Rest in peace Uncle Rich. My memories of you will live strong of Christmas Eve by the red velvet stairs and the piano in your house with Uncle Bob. May you both be reunited.

Dick was a delightful and charismatic person; full of fun and very charming! His work place was always beautifully decorated and it was a pleasure to see him during the day and talk with him. He had many kind words to say about his co-workers and was a wealth of information, and knew what was happening. When we would see him and Decoda out and about at current events we had the very best of times due to his magnetic personality. We were sorry to hear the sad news about his passing and please know he will be dearly missed; and he will always be remembered in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy to Decoda and all who knew him.
