Dr. Hamilton, was my father's lifelong friend. Bito, was bigger than life. Dad would regale us with stories of how Bito, could walk 50 blocks under NYC, without ever having to go to street level. I met Dr. Hamilton in 1978, when I moved to Manhattan. Mom and Dad took me over to the Hamilton's house. I recall seeing the CAT scan machine in the basement. Impressive. RICHARD HAMILTON WAS A FRIEND,GENTLEMAN,KIND,CONSIDERATE,WHO HAD A SENCE OF HUMOR,THAT ALWAYS LEFT YOU WITH A SMILE.
WHEN I LOOK OUT OF MY WINDOW,I CAN SEE HIS NAMEPLATE ON A PARK BENCH ACROSS THE STREET.WHICH MAKES ME HAPPY,AS HE IS ALWAYS NEARBY.WE WILL MISS HIM.REST IN PEACE
