RALEIGH
Richard Ab Harvell is survived by his sons, Robert Todd Harvell and Randall Scott Harvell; grandson, Gage; sister, Keda Olive; brothers, Michael Harvell and Smitty Harvell and wife Debra; and and other family and friends.
Memorial Service at 2:00 PM on December 7, 2011 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Contributions may be made to the church at 4415 Pleasant Grove Church Road - Raleigh, NC 27613 or to Heartland Hospice - 3200 Atlantic Ave., #100 - Raleigh, NC 27604.

Hi, Keda, Mike, Smitty.
My condolences to each of you. Sorry to hear about Richard. He was a good friend even though we didn't see much of each other in the latter years. We had some good times together, Richard, me, Joey, Eddie Reaves, Womble, Cormack, Purdy, Patsy, Bonnie and all the rest of the good friends we had. He was a good friend. Take care, Love all of you.

My heart goes out to the family,our family, I feel your pain.....Richard loved hard,lived hard and passed away( just as we all would expect it), like "ELVIS"..... "HIS WAY"!!!! Good Lord, how could you not love him. I have so many fond memories from high school til just a few weeks ago, talking and laughing.
Everyone will miss him so much,may he rest in peace and join his mother and father unto His almighty kingdom of heaven...rest in peace my love. Janet
