Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry for my friends passing. Dick and I worked together at Arapaho Chemicals back in the 1970´s . Dick really enjoyed working and always did a great job . He was a very sincere inspiration for me when I was promoted to Environmental Chemist 50 years ago. He even offered my family a historical Boulder home that we were going to move and house my family. A great spirit Mahalo my good friend Only the best to Beth Rick, a true friend

I will always think of Dick and smile! What a wonderful landlord, along with Beth and Grandma Hayward. When I moved into the upstairs of the Mapleton Street carriage house in 1973-74, the first act of kindness Dick and Beth showed was to return the apartment number to it´s rightful cadence. I remember visiting Dick on Dewey Street as a child growing up in Boulder. He always felt like a wise old grandfather figure to me and always had a positive outlook on life. I remember him introducing me to sourdough for the very first time. I am now a sourdough devotee and I'm grateful to have had that little gem of wisdom passed on from him to me. I'm sorry to hear of his recent passing, but I know he lived a long life and positively affected many people. Emily Squadra

We are so sorry to hear of Dicks passing. Dick was such a loving, giving and caring person. I am so glad he was in our lives. He always had a smile and kind words when ever we met. Dick will truly be missed. prayers for you Beth and the whole family. With loveing memories rest in peace Dick.

Beth and Donna, Tom & Carol - our deepest sympathy on the passing of a great man. Dick made a lasting impression on our lives as he welcomed us at First Church. He could FIX ANYTHING! He also never sought praise; he was the silent Handyman-Angel. May you cherish all the good times and fun memories of Dick. Much love, Joanne & Glenn

Dick was a wonderful landlord, and his mother was a lovely neighbor. My condolences to Beth and the rest of Dick's family. We were quite the group who lived at 13th and Mapleton in the late 70s, early 80s.
