Not sure what to say?

To The Family of Richard Allen Hertz, Sr.

When the Lord calls our loved one home, he leaves the gift of memories. Hold on to your memories and let them guide you during this time of sadness. Be reminded that your loved one is always going to be with you where it counts the most, the heart.

Peabody High School Class of 1970

Richard has done something we all must do. He, did his job, on his Earthly journey. Now he has returned, back to the Creature of all things. Special prayers go out to his Loving/devoted wife Patty. Somethings, you can relate to. I have had to deal with the death of a husband. I never knew Patty, without a Richard. Patty and Richard were a great example of a married couple. I always, said I did not get that anointing of being the perfect wife. It was so obvious, the love they shared. You could...

Missing you so much daddy! We love you!

I could not have asked for a better father and grandfather to my children. You will be greatly missed!

I am glad to have known Mr. Hertz. He was genuine in his interactions and often challenging, but willing to try. What a wonderful experience to have known him, if but for a brief time. My heartfelt sympathy to his wife, Ms. Pattie, and his family. Praying that the great Comforter will provide all that you need during this time and days to come.

Sending heartfelt condolences to the Hertz Family and Manna Christian Fellowship. It's been a lifetime since my brother Britt and I were members of Manna but Brother Hertz left unforgettable memories of his instructions and kindness shown to my brother. We send our love and pray the peace, love, and comfort of the Father keep you all.

Heb 11:4

4By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. My prayers to you all during this time. Remember the good times, his beautiful smile and words if encouragement to brighten your day. Richard will be missed but never forgotten.

He will be missed, one of the few positive role models I had as a child. Thanks, Coach!
