Just found this obituary. Dick was my flight instructor back in the late '70s. Such an easy-going, professional instructor. As honest and friendly of man as you could hope to meet.

I remember one day, a student pilot was flying Richards Piper, N-9515K, which he leased back to the flight school for students.
