Not sure what to say?

As the grass withers and flowers fade so do we.As humans we sometimes forget "the moments of impact and influence" that someone has/has had. I hope that as you journey through this hour with grief that you remember well "Rick". And may the Father of Compassion comfort each of you as needed for He well remembers and knows Rick. Rick's journey here has ended but yours continues. 'Though it seems like an end it is actually a beginning. I have prayed for each of you.

I bought your yellow 1965 Corvette when you were at KLEO. We used to play cards at your house after you got off work and I would fall asleep because I had to go to work by 7:00am. I miss you.

Vicki, I am so sorry for your lose. You know I always loved listening to Rick play those "oldies". My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Vicki Tibbitts Skaggs

I remember listening to him on KEYN. God how we loved him

I grew up listening to the music Rick spinned. It was a magical era. RIP

The Southeast Class of '62 has suffered a huge loss. At our class reunions, Rick always took us back to the '60s with his own special DJ presentations. We will dearly miss him, and especially this year of our 50th reunion. Condolences to Vicki and their family.

Rick hosted a bus tour to Colorado backed up by the Oldies. As Tina Turner would put it, Rick "Your Simply The Best." Steve Webb, Rogers, Arkansas.

I worked with Rick at Boeing and he was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. So sorry to hear of his passing. I will remember him in my prayers.

I grew up listening to KLEO with Rick Gannon in western Kansas. In Wichita I listened to him on KEYN. I missed him when he retired. Sympathy to the family.
