Not sure what to say?

Here's goodbye Rich, news of your passing comes as a big shock. Deep condolences and sympathy to you Susan, Emma and Samantha, from me, Carol, David and Sammy. We met the Johns family at the Clair Tappaan Lodge at Donner Summit 13 years ago. Rich was working on the hot tub heater/pump apparatus trying to get the old thing to work so that other denizens of the lodge could enjoy a hot soak. His energy and enthusiasm was unbelievable and infectious! Our families lived in the same town,...

As a new patient of Richards, I found him to be incredibly talented and caring. He was an excellent communicator and great listener. He was a kind man and I appreciated his devotion to his patients and his very efficient practice. He proudly spoke of his family. Please take care.

We will all miss you so much Rich.

Sierra Club close people should know about this if time permits...Lodge knows...Such a great loss.

Sorry the hear of your loss, thought the world of Rick, knew him when he first started at Claire Tappan Lodge and as a single before. Met Susan once. He was very devoted to every thing he did, a great friend, such a great loss to everyone.

We are sorry to learn of the passing of Richard, but are grateful for his service to our nation as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia.

Our Condolences,

The National Peace Corps Association

Rich, Thank you for trusting in my abilities when I was a new grad...you will be missed. To Susan, Emma and Samantha may the Lord comfort your hearts as only He can.
Love, Michael Mangibuyat and Family

With love,

Although our lives took different paths and I have not seen you in 3 decades I have often thought of you and Susan. You were so kind to me during a time that I was lost. Susan and your beautiful daughters may you find some peace in remembering how much your loved one has touched so many. Hugs.
