Ruth and family So sorry for your loss. I worked for Larry right out of high school and met Rich in 1969 when he would come and work in the plant for his dad on certain days. After moving on and several years later Rich called me in 1988 and asked me to come back and work for him in Montville and at a new plant In Middlefield called Butler Concrete which I did. I respected and liked Rich, he was a good man. Kevin Quinn

Daphne and I express our condolences to the entire Kirsch family. Both our families go back many, many a year. I recall meeting Rich and his dad at the plant in Montville getting lessons in the block business! May his name be an inspiration for generations to come.
