Tina, I just learned about Richard's passing. I have been so busy traveling and have meant to stay in touch and I can't tell you how much he taught me and how much I enjoyed the time I spent with you and the Family years ago abord the "Tina Marie." I had the pleasure of meeting Richard just one time and that one time left a lasting memory and a story that i tell friends and family still to this day. Its very infrequent that you meet a man larger then life that enters a room and his presence is felt and respected. As many others do, I considered Richard a great friend. I definitely enjoyed working with him at Aspen where he led many people with constant innovation and an attitude of lets get it done now and correctly. I think about him often and will miss him dearly. I have many fond memories and stories of trips and meetings with Richard. I enjoyed every one of them. I will keep you, the kids and your family in my prayers.

DEAR RICHARD

Richard was a truly remarkable fellow. I was most impressed by the way he treated my construction crews. They and I found him to be considerate and very generous, qualities that seem to be going out of style in this part of the world. He will be missed.
