Dick was my mentor as a colleague at Bedford high school. We collaborated on a program that fostered communication of Bedford students from different walks of life. We called it, "Peer Listening" at BHS. The focus was to allow students with different cultural backgrounds to be actively engaged in trust-building activities where all stakeholders had a role.
