My sincerest sympathies to Janet and Rich´s extended family. I worked with Rich at GT for several years in the late 90s and my lasting memories of him are that he was the best person I have ever had the privilege to work for throughout my entire career. His knowledge, professionalism and compassion for people permeated all aspects of his work.
