I worked out of the U.S. Customs Patrol Office in San Luis, AZ with Dick for two years. I enjoyed my association with him as a dedicated law enforcement officer and an asset to our mission. He served his country with the utmost honor and integrity Although my association with Dick was brief, I will always have special memories of that time spent together. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

"I met Dick and Lois Lemay when they moved to Yuma. I worked alongside Dick as a Customs Patrol Officer in Yuma, Arizona. I enjoyed working with him as we patrolled the San Luis, Arizona, area near the Mexican border. He had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help others. After meeting his wife Lois, they agreed to watch our youngest son as time permitted. Lois and Dick have always had a special place in my heart and my prayers. Rest easy my friend.."
