Still Miss Dick and Still enjoy time with Judy. I never had looked at all of the photos before tonight and certainly glad I found them. In fact spent this morning with Judy today.

We were honored to be at Dick's service. Dick was truly a "nice guy" and it was great to be neighbors with the Lowery family for many years. Jenny did such a great job with her memories of her dad and it brought those memories close to us all. Much love from us to you. Jerry and Carol Ward

Dick and I had a wonderful working relationship, working together on many projects. For an example, Vail Pass Segmental Bridges, Colfax Bridge, Stellar Plaza High Rise: these projects were one of a kind. Dick was a great person to work with. I admired him on how he could draw up a sketch, he could have been a artist. He was a man of his word. I had is 100% support and he was there for me, it didn't matter what time of day. Dick you will always be remembered as a great problem solver on many projects we work together. Judy you are in my thoughts.

Thoughts and prayers for peace, comfort and everlasting memories. Having just lost my dad I know this isn't an easy time. Dick was a great engineer and construction superman, but most of all a great individual and friend. I learned a lot from him and valued his input. Our prayers and thoughts are with Judy and the family. God bless.

I have known Dick since I was a kid working for my father (Bill Spies) at Centric. My father worked with Dick on many projects and had a tremendous amount of respect for him! I worked for Dick for 10 years and admired his knowledge of construction and, most importantly, his people skills! One of many memories I have is when Dick showed up on my first project in Glenwood Springs, the Pedestrian Bridge in town. I knew he had a tough day on one of the canyon projects when he showed up late one summer afternoon. He said, "here's $20 bucks, go get us a six pack of beer and I will help you paint the steel railing." When I got back he had taken off his shoes and had paint all over his socks, that was the Vice President, he helped everyone! I was truly blessed to work and train under such an incredible man! The construction industry has lost a man of great integrity and character! My thoughts and prayers go out to Judy and the family.

Dear Judy and family, So very sorry to all of you. Ardell and Dick had such a good connection in their instant friendship and oh how they enjoyed their many afternoon lunches. Here they spent hours flying airplanes, building bridges, doing woodworking projects and yep solving all of the worlds problems. Hugs to all of you and Dick will sure be missed. God Bless All of You.
