ST. MARYS - Richard E. Luzier, 89, of 107 Mill St., Ridgway (Daguscahonda), passed away Friday (Dec. 9, 2016) at the Elk Haven Nursing Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home, St. Marys.

My fondest memories of "Uncle Dick" were at the family reunions when I was a little girl. Uncle Dick always would ask me if he gave me all the money in his pocket, if he could cut off my pony tail. Uncle Dick would always give me all the loose change in his pocket and let me keep my pony tail. Also the tractor rides, where he would stop and pick us teaberry sticks to suck on...a long time ago.
My condolences to family, he will be missed.
