Richard was such a kind man. It was a pleasure to know him and work with him from time to time on Cambria water and lot retirement issues.
Ann and I send our heartfelt sympathy to his family.

I feel so blessed to have had the honor to know Richard, even though for a short time. Richard touched my life in so many ways. His strength and strong faith taught me a lot. I work at one of the many medical facilities Richard had to visit over the last 7 years and he always came in with a wonderful smile. Richard and Consuelo are true angels from above!!! Richard will truly be missed! God Bless Consuelo and family.

I worked for Richard in Fresno County and connected with him again when we were both working for San Luis Obispo County. He was always lecturing me to go back to church and I think he would be pleased to know that I finally did it! He was a very nice man and very much a Godly man. I'm glad to have known him. I know Consuelo and Richard's entire family know where his new home is now and take comfort in the knowledge he is no longer suffering.
