Not sure what to say?

My thoughts are with your family. Rich was such a wonderful man, and a great friend to the city of Omaha. I sure appreciate how good he was to my father and our family...Peace be with all of you

Nancy, I had the honor and privilege to have worked with Rich at the downtown fire station. He was a kind and likeable person. I'll always have him in my memories... Paul Kulceski

Had the privilege of working with Rich over the years on the OFD. I've told others, and also told Rich about a year ago, that he was the best all-around firefighter I ever saw in nearly 35 years on the job. And I meant it.
He had the competence, the leadership, and the respect of both his subordinates and his superiors. Please accept my sincere condolences. I was out of town when he passed away.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you.

(Pat Short's sister)

Nancy and Gina,Please accept my deepest sympathies. Rich was certainly, one great man. Gary told me that there was no one better to work for. He was truly supportive of Gary as well as all the other firemen. Rich always spoke so highly of his family. Rich will surely be missed by all.

Aunt Nancy, Gina, Brandon, Grant & Colin,
We will miss Uncle Dick very much! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
