Not sure what to say?

So Sad. Just learned of Dick's passing. Splendid gentleman. A classmate at Yale Law and at one point shared an apartment landing at 44 Gramercy Park. Our deep condolences to John and Elizabeth.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Mark has shared many wonderful memories of times with Richard. Our thoughts are with you. Mark and Reba Immergut

So sorry for your loss. May Richard Rest in Peace.

As a young lawyer, I considered Richard to be a mentor. Later on, he was a partner and a colleague. Richard was a wonderful man, and a superb business lawyer. The ultimate client advocate. May his memory be a blessing.

So sorry for your loss. Richard was a gentleman and a first-class attorney. I was privileged to know him as a fellow office mate on our firm's 20th Floor for several years. I cannot attend the funeral due to recent surgery, but will hopefully be able to livestream it. May Richard's memory be for blessing.

So sorry to learn of your loss What a lovely, intelligent man Sy and Carole Cohen
