Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry to hear of this untimely loss. I worked with Rick "back in the day" at AT&T. He was a great guy and a great friend. I know he will be truly missed by many folks.
My thoughts are with the Meyer's family.

To the Meyer family, I am so sorry for the loss of Rick. My heart goes out to you in this time of sorrow. My prayers are with your family and for Rick. I could always count on Rick to help me out with lab issues.
He is a great guy who will be sorely missed.

I am very sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of briefly working with Rick at IH Main and he was always willing to help and go the extra mile to make it happen. Rick was an excellent engineer. We joked around that he needed more bluetooth headsets on his head. We will miss him. He was a true asset to the IP team.

My deeptest sympathy offered to the family and friends of Rick. I attended Wheaton Warrenville High School with Rick and had him in several classes. It was nice to get to know him in Gym class. I also lived in Arrowhead not to far from him.
My prayers are with you.

I was shocked to hear what had happened. Rick was someone we could always count on to help with our lab problems. He would go the extra mile to get things working again. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow.

I knew Rick from several technical experiences at work and enjoyed Rick's company tremendously. He will be missed by all who knew him. My prayers are with you and the children.

I was deeply saddened to hear the tragic news. To Rick's family and friends I offer my heartfelt condolences. I also worked with Rick at Lucent. He was very smart, easy-going, and witty. But what I will remember most was his respect and kindness to others.

My thoughts and prayers go to you and your family. I worked with Rick for last 8 years and enjoyed his humor, spirit and conversations about raising kids. I can't express fully in words how much he will be missed by us all. He was a great friend at work and from our conversations, he was a great family man as well.
