Not sure what to say?

I remember when Rich bailed out the City of Glens Falls when he picked up the tab for weekly band concerts in Crandall Park. Saved music again.

Richie´s support of live music in the area cannot be overstated- he was the consummate bar owner and always treated musicians that performed at Sandy´s with respect. I´m so lucky to have performed on his stage and been graced with his friendship during that time. My condolences to his family.

Rest in peace richie. You were loved by all who knew you. I loved you and your dad very much. Sorry to see you gone so soon. My sincere sympathy to your daughters.

RIP Rich. You will be missed. Downtown GF has not been the same since you left.

Sorry to hear Richie passed he was alright in my book. I met my wife Debbie at the Sandu. And I was even told to leave a couple of times. All Good. RIP Richie

Richard, Always made me feel like a king when I visited New York, He would invite me to Sandys and give me the full VIP treatment. We also had a lot of fun on his boat on Glen Lake. I will miss him, rest in peace Rich.

Our community lost a legend! Thank you, Richie for all the wonderful memories and all you did to support our community. The street of dreams ended when Sandy´s closed and it has never been the same since. Godspeed sir. Until we meet again

When I was 16 years old I was selling CDs to raise money for my Junior prom. I walked up the road to his house and asked if he wanted to buy a few CDs. Richard bought $500 worth of CDs and laughed when my face as stunned! He said "I have to update the music on my juke box!" I can still hear him laugh. Needless to say I ended up selling the most CDs and won free tickets to my prom thanks to Richard. I will miss you!!!! Xoxo -Jenny
