i was very sorry to see that dr. neubauer had passed it is a great loss . i had not spoke to him in years. best wishes to winkie and he was a great man and affected many other lives by his actions early in life that have now transferred to another generation. god bless his family. he touched my life at a time when he was truly needed and that i am grat eful for
